What happens if a tool breaks down while I'm using it?Equipment Damage protection is automatically included in your rental fee, which relieves the Customer of repair or replacement charges if the Equipment is damaged during normal use during the Rental Period. The charge for Equipment Damage Protection is $17.95/day. Equipment Damage Protection is not insurance. Equipment Damage Protection does not cover loss of or damage to the Equipment caused by theft, abuse, misuse, neglect, intentional acts and/or failure to follow proper use and care instructions provided for the Equipment. Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that Customer shall be responsible for all repair or replacement costs not covered by Hoosier Network Rentals LLC Equipment Damage Protection. What are your hours of operation?Hoosier Network Rentals LLC likes to offer a flexible rental experience. Our hours are flexible, and your pickup and drop-off times can be scheduled to fit your busy life! We understand that you are looking for a partner to help you get more done. When you schedule your rental, only one pick-up time will be given. Once you receive your confirmation email, reply and let us know if a different pick-up time would work better for you, and we will try to make that work.

Why should I rent from Hoosier Network Rentals LLC?Hoosier Network Rentals LLC is a locally owned and operated small business. We give back to the community and genuinely care about your projects and the equipment we offer to help you get more done! When you rent from HNR, you will be equipped to be a warrior ready to conquer your property!

How long can I rent a tool?You can rent the equipment you need by the Day (23-hour period), or we also offer a Weekend rate (Friday afternoon-Sunday afternoon). We offer flexible pickup and drop-off schedules for your convenience to make the most of your time with the equipment. When you schedule your rental, only one pick-up time will be given. Once you receive your confirmation email, reply and let us know if a different pick-up time would work better for you, and we will try to make that work.

What do I need to rent a trailer?A valid U.S. Driver’s License, Valid Auto Insurance, a Valid Credit Card for Deposit, a $50 booking fee to reserve your trailer today, and a vehicle in good working condition with the ability to tow and handle the gross weight of the trailer loaded. Note: Deposit will be returned when you return the trailer with no equipment missing or new damages. Booking fee will be applied to your total.

Can I reserve a Trailer and or equipment?Yes, you can visit our Inventory page and find the item you are interested in and book the dates that you would like to rent the items. You will be charged for the rental at this time. If you would choose to cancel once you are within three days of your scheduled pickup Hoosier Network Rentals LLC can choose to retain your full deposit.

Will someone show me how to use the equipment I rent form HNR?Austin or Ben will show you how to safely and correctly operate the equipment you are renting and will answer any questions you may have. We also have instructional videos available for much of our equipment.

How does the rental process work in terms of the deposit required and methods of payment accepted?To rent equipment from Hoosier Network Rentals LLC, you will need a current driver’s license from which we will obtain the required customer information. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, debit cards and cash. If you are using a credit card or debit card, your card will be charged for the amount of time you indicate you will be keeping the equipment.

Where do I pick up my rental equipment?Austin Mattern and Ben Etsinger keep the HNR-owned equipment at their residential properties (the addresses for each equipment item are listed with each item). Network rental items can be picked up at each noted location where the Network item is housed. See each product description to identify the location of pickup.

What is my responsibility as the customer?The customer is responsible for all equipment rented from the time of receipt until the time of return. Please be sure all rented items are secured when not in use and protected from inclement weather as necessary. The customer will be charged a replacement fee for any missing items or permanently damaged unrentable items. We will assess a repair fee for any damaged items that we deem repairable.
